By booking or using Aurex Cleaning Services (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Terms & Conditions
1. Services
Aurex Cleaning Services provides residential, commercial, and short-stay/changeover cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. Services are provided based on the information supplied by the client regarding property size, condition, and access.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All prices displayed or communicated are indicative only and based on an average property size and condition.
Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of the property, level of soiling, access, and additional requests.
Clients are encouraged to obtain a personalised quote prior to booking.
If additional time or work is required to complete the service to an acceptable standard, this will be discussed and approved by the client before proceeding.
Additional time will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
3. Payment Terms
An invoice will be issued after completion of the service.
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Aurex Cleaning Services reserves the right to suspend future services if invoices remain unpaid.
4. Access to Property
Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time, including keys, access codes, or authorised entry.
If access cannot be gained, a call-out or cancellation fee may apply.
5. Short-Stay / Changeover Cleaning
For short-stay properties:
Linen change and bed making are provided using client-supplied linen or by prior arrangement.
Restocking of consumables is available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Final inspection and photo confirmation can be provided where agreed.
6. Health, Safety & Property Condition
We use professional cleaning methods and commercially approved products suitable for general cleaning.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear, faulty fixtures, delicate or unstable surfaces, or items not suitable for standard cleaning methods.
Clients must notify us in advance of any fragile, valuable, or special-care items.
7. Service Issues & Rectification
If you are not satisfied with the service:
Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a re-clean of the affected area.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling should be made as early as possible.
Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover allocated time and resources.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, weather, or emergencies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law:
Aurex Cleaning Services is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Our liability is limited to re-performing the service or the value of the service provided, as required under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Client information is used only for service delivery, communication, and invoicing.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
